- Grew up on a farm in a remote farming hamlet in rural Wales.
- Age 14: starts smoking.
- Into music and bands (playing in bands and going to gigs and festivals).

- Stop-and-searched more than 20 times (ongoing from this point).
- Living on JSA, running an underground music studio, spent mainly on music recording gear and electricity, scavenging out-of-date supermarket food.
- Qualifies NVQ2 counselling; works voluntarily as outreach worker with homeless people.
- Age 28: quits smoking.
- Family responds by telling police he is dealing drugs.
- Special Branch / plainclothes begin following him.
- Attempts to report gang-stalking to police; report refused / laughed off.
- Reports being followed to friends and family.
- Friends/family tell GP he is hearing voices / delusional / schizophrenic.
- GP sends letters; on third letter he attends.
- GP labels him with “textbook schizophrenia” symptoms (including denial of voices and problems with authority).
- Stops trusting police and mental-health services.
- Family, friends, GP, police and mental health workers network and reinforce the schizophrenia narrative.
- Brother (drug dealer) and cannabis-supply network collaborate in the accusation to silence him.
- Multiple wrongful arrests; police use keys to enter flat, damage and steal possessions (including master album minidiscs and notepads).
- Begins following the followers in self-defence; photographs gang-stalking team in public.
- One operative later admits following him for three months.
- Accepts mental-health benefits (higher than previous JSA).
- Mental-health involvement ends the active police operation (recognised as having produced PTSD-level distress mislabelled as schizophrenia).
- Discovers long-term underpayment by JobCentre; buys a van.
- Takes time to heal; decides to become as publicly visible as possible so the story can later be independently assessed.
- Discovers “Targeted Individuals” and Zersetzung concepts after gaining internet access.
- Moves to a different part of Wales to get away from all the abuse networks previously mentioned.
- Years later: requests case files / evidence of schizophrenia diagnosis — none produced.
- Consults solicitor; advised of strong case for damages.
- Informs departments; two weeks later senior mental-health advisor states he does not believe schizophrenia is present and raises possible high-functioning autism.
- Five-year wait for autism assessment; receives official autism diagnosis. Never sectioned, never formally assessed for schizophrenia beyond hearsay and rumour, always refused all medication.
- No support follows the autism diagnosis; original accusers refuse to engage with it.
- Continues living with symptoms he attributes primarily to cPTSD plus autism (with fibromyalgia physical effects); remains on state benefits.
- Writes extensively; blog reaches ~1000 views per day.
- Publishes the account publicly as self-defence.
