Before it was taken over by fascism (prejudiced censorship, removal of freedom of speech human rights, extremist political agenda, etc) Facebook was for awhile a very good communication platform. 

Communication means connecting with people with whom we share a harmony. 

More often it means connecting with people who challenge us to develop because we nearly but not quite share a harmony. 

Much more often, especially if you use Facebook Groups, it means encountering internet trolls whose hate and aggression makes FB a negative experience for everyone. An arena of low-energy, bickering people attempting to drag each other down and discredit each other is unhealthy, it’s a sick pit. 

Finding the good people out there is like a needle in a haystack. Thankfully through interest-groups I’ve been fortunate to encounter a handful of such people with whom mutual support and information is shared and enjoyed. I’m grateful for that. 

As a result of being targeted by FascistBook for posting concern that non-scientific processes are rushing through a depopulation agenda using the WMD of vaccines which is a war crime, terrorism, acts against against humanity, I have decided to boycott Facebook for this specific reason.

Secondarily, FB actively protects abusive trolls and therefore is also an abuse network. When I report people for clearly making targeted attacks which is against FB terms and conditions, abusers working as admin for FB universally respond by saying they do not consider personal attacks to be breach of their T&C which specifically states personal attacks to be breach of T&C. 

By contrast I have been repeatedly banned from FB for posting statements of concern against injecting chemicals and which are defined as “biohazard” and aborted fetus DNA and similar carcinogenic toxins into people who then exhibit symptoms of Autism and other diseases. 

A part of this concern is the whitewash and stonewalling of literally thousands of people who attempt to report this exact thing, because it goes against the profit-margin of the pharmaceutical industry. 

This is not a conspiracy theory. Every step of the connection has been made and revealed by woke people such as myself who are therefore targets of the corporate agenda and the policies they act on despite international law and despite warnings from the elected president of the USA he will shut them down if they continue to repress people. 

FaceBook has continued to unlawfully repress people. Therefore it deserves to be shut down despite how useful it has been as a communication tool. 

Persecuted for being pro-science and pro-health and pro-common-sense by people rebranding that attitude as unwanted, anti-science and anti-health, so they can justify to themselves their fear-driven, for-profit agenda of the poisoning of a fear-driven population who are victims of their terrorism.

I’m a survivor and I’m getting ahead of the curve, because that’s how survivors survive, by leaving FaceBook and taking my business and my energy elsewhere.

"Is it Support or is it Supply?"

The major thing I became aware of during my time in social media platforms is a certain type of creature which feeds off people in friends list, syphoning energy from them, by projecting envy and hate and other grids at them through profile pictures on a friends list or in groups.

These psychic vampires are a more real world hazard than internet trolls because they are more difficult to identify, and although you can block both, ignoring trolls makes them move on, where ignoring psychic vampires is enablement, they simply grow fatter while you grow weaker.

Dr Emoto showed us simple science experiments we can do ourselves which prove conclusively that psychic vampirism and psychic empowerment are very real things.

Yet for all we hear about trolls, because they leave an obvious trail of harassment through any empathic and mental attachments we are entangled into, we hear less about vampires.

The methods I learned for protection are to block them which can be difficult because their technique is to project onto you a friendship and belief they are there to help you, advise you, whole all they are doing is feeding on your gratitude and any negativity they feel an affinity with.

When you identify the very nature of a social media site is there are more gates going out than there are coming in, and most of those gates are automated wheels of constant motion stimulation to flicker and attract your attention to reel you back into them in multiple places, the whole site becomes recognisable to be a vampire itself, a mindless AI one. Recognising the Internet can do this, facilitates this, goes against mainstream 'permitted' consciousness. Social media platforms paid staff rely on you experiencing or causing problems to justify their paycheck, thus there is incentive for it as a singular entity to maintain that continual flux of draining you for energy and attention.

This is bad for your health as a background dirge. When you have one or more focused psychopaths targeting you by stalking your activity, even if they are doing so only through covert observational without overt account hacking, their attention-tendrils are still a drain upon their target.

These will be the first people to call you paranoid for becoming aware. That is how narcissist work, by alienating their chosen victim.

This invisible, unspoken factor of the lives of those heavy users reliant on digital drug for entertainment and companionship in place of natural creativity and safer, more meaningful communication, should receive more public raised attention.

It doesn't because we feel bad about it, at surface because it risks offending friends we communicate with online and alienating ourselves. More deeply because it's a reminder how weak and powerless we are trapped in routine behavioural cycles as conditional automata, how addicted we are to technology drug, and that there are levels of Self awareness in play we have not yet fully recognised because we are discouraged by wider society of zombies, controlling slavers and by vampires specifically from assimilating genuine spiritual education. Those who have vested interest in your ignorance.

Insensitive people do not like to admit that sensitive people have equality, are right, exist. The J-types (judgemental) prefer to regard them (empathic, intuitive types) as broken or problematic than accept them as experiencing superior, advanced, refined senses.

The NPD favourite trick is to convince people that a person who exposed them or who the NPD fears will expose them, is insane. That is called gas-lighting by proxy. To convince a person that they are themself insane is called gas-lighting.

Gas-lighting is NOT exposing a troll / NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder).

Gas-lighting is NOT a person incapable of assimilating Reality because it differs from their delusion (cognitive dissonance).

Trolls (behaviour based) and NPD (outlook based) go hand in hand.

NPD includes the inability to assess reality because to do so denies the excuse to bully their chosen victim. NPD includes behaviour of not letting go of a chosen victim even after the victim has exposed the bully. NPD includes behaviour of victim-blaming. This includes labelling the victim with the same behaviour which the NPD is themself doing. It is a method of self-boosting the NPDs ego at the cost of the victims reputation. It is a method of persuading people to ignore the victim and therefore refuse the reality that the NPD has been discredited for abusive behaviour. What this behaviour does is forces observers into three main camps with two additional camps.

Those FOR and those AGAINST are divisionary tactics, divide and conquer is a favourite game of the NPD. The third camp are those who refuse to take sides and step back from the equation, not wanting to get involved.

There is also a fourth group who recognise the situation for what it is and support the victim discreetly so as not to attract attention of the NPD and so as to help the victim detach from the ‘game’ played upon them by the NPD.

A fifth group are the same but they attempt to detract the NDP from playing the game upon the victim. This is more dangerous as it involves energetically with a known NPD.

Disorientation includes use of StrawMan Arguments to distract form the main focal point of a Troll-Slayers argument / exposition. A favourite trick among Trolls is for the group to alternate methods of attack so that different members of the gang are using different strawman arguments to distract the target in attempt to gain leverage and upset them by ridiculing anything they have written or said in a fluster. The manipulation of a target into a “mentally impaired state” does not mean the target is mentally ill, simply they are being purposefully confused which can happen to anybody - these forms of attack are designed to do just exactly that. If done by Police this is an interrogation technique which has been made illegal due to the observed short- and long-term effects on the victims cognitive abilities. It is trauma inducing and recognized that it destabilizes people and is a cause for PTSD Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

On web forums it creates an emotional response in the target which is then followed up by the trolls describing the emotionally upset person as a troll on their forum, provoking them to lose their balance. The only way to survive this is to recognize the other forum users as trolls and leave the forum immediately. Attempting to hold your cool because of your moral superiority is going to get you no-where with people of entrenched mindsets whose agenda is not to have a civil conversation but to play an energy-game of ego control and domination superiority.

Unfortunately very often they can not recognize this is what they are doing themselves because trolls genuinely are that stupid and because NPD genuinely are that self-absorbed and self-righteous. Remember that it is a classified mental health illness. An aspect of which is to enjoy relative positions of authority and exploit anyone they can get away with.

This reveals a major flaw in any hierarchy based society because the psychopaths gravitate toward positions from which they can exploit others and surround themselves with reinforcements, their “like-minded” gang. They describe themselves as ‘society’, interestingly not ‘community’ because the concepts differ sufficiently that ‘community’ includes anybody in the wider sense of people whereas a society is a club with rules and membership. 

You are not dealing with sane, rational people. you are dealing with organized mobs of psychopaths led by a charismatic bully who the others fear and envy. This fear and envy is a thing they describe by mis-using the word ‘respect’, which when used properly does have another meaning altogether. Respect is earned, trust is earned, these are not given to someone simply because they have a role in a society.

A defining personality characteristic of Troll behaviour is that they operate from within an ‘us verses them’ mentality of competitiveness where they have to ‘come out on top’ by beating their perceived adversary. The methods used to depress their victim so as to gain satisfaction from causing misery include but are not limited to use of Strawman arguments.

Trolls love positions of authority and persecute anybody who does not respect that position, because they are incapable of understanding that respect is a thing to be earned, it is not a given automatic. They have to prove they are trustable, which means ultimately at the very deepest level, they have to be trustable and not use any manipulation in their activities. As soon as they do so, they lose respect and are no longer fit for the position of authority.

This is why internet forums administrators and moderators are more often than not occupied by Trolls. The hierarchy system itself is at fault because it permits this behaviour. The same thing is happening not only on internet forums but in every hierarchy system of every tier-governed organisation on the planet. Some of these have watch-dog systems to monitor them and expose Trolls for being unfit for office. Most however do not. This is a major problem affecting many lives and many areas of many societies, which Humanity as a whole will benefit greatly from addressing directly.

Never back down to a Troll. It is better to be blocked from a forum so that you are beyond the trolls range of manipulation and energy vampirism, than to repeatedly risk yourself by wanting to enter its lair. The world is vast, there are many - higher energy level - forums where you will have a less damaging experience.

Expose them and walk away. This is the very best strategy for encounters with Trolls.

Recently Trolls have adapted to this by collectively ganging up on and bullying Troll Slayers, using straw man arguments to discredit the Slayer by making it appear the Slayer is the troll. People with a Human mind and a Human heart can see these situations for what they are.

Trolls hide behind lies, positions of authority, and hearsay. All three of these things are irrelevant to Truthful people. You cannot be an effective Slayer if you are not a Truthful person, because the trolls will trip you up and test you by using any untruth you carry about with you, as a lever to depress you and exploit your energy.

Trolls do not function from Empathy. Only True people judge the world not visually, not by words, but by emotions as observed and experienced over the long-term. For this reason most effective Slayers are at least 30 years old because it does take at least that long to gain enough experience to become effective.

Trolls have tiny brains and always operate within a very limited range of psychological profiling, therefore they are easy to spot. They are cowardly creatures and will not usually expose themselves unless they feel comfortable that they have back-up, they operate in gangs. Some of them find their positions of authority encouraging, they will exploit that if they think they can get away with it.

Remember - drop tools and walk away, use your Block key. It robs them of the victory they had hoped to gain by emotionally and mentally screwing you with their power games, which really frustrates them. It is all about energy vampirism. There are two types of Trolls - those who are powerful and know a trick of how to vampire energy, and those who are zombies who support it but do not even recognise about themselves the full extent of how much they are zombies. Trolls are a horror movie, never forget that.

You do not have to live in a horror movie.

Troll Slayers are a unique caste who choose to expose these monsters for what they are, to improve life for all Humanity.

Some trolls can be saved, only once they have recognised the errors of their ways as a social interaction. We recommend to Trolls and Slayers alike to read the book The Games People Play by Dr Eric Berne which teaches transactional analysis in layman’s terms.

Remember - ‘Us vs Them’ paradigm is the problem. Do not become the thing you are attempting to destroy by falling into its cycles.

The second Troll Trick which is worthy of mention is "copy block quote" utilised for character assassinations. They are sticklers for it. In some fields such as book editing it is a useful and necessary method to deconstruct lengthy statements line by line and tick-box their validity. On public internet forums where Human emotional response is an acknowledged factor of our communications, it illustrates the trolls inability to let go of a potential source of energy. They turn statements over without the objective clarity necessary to give value to their analysis; because Trolls are driven by strawman phallacies as the root of their hatred therefore they are not criticising the statement they are copy-block-quoting from a detached analysis, but within an agenda. It scientifically discredits them as being an objective and reasonable analyser. We live in such a society now that nearly all use of copy-block-quote is by Trolls rather than scientifically objective Humans.
