THE WESTERN SITUATION 2012 “You should not only look at the letter of the law, but at the spirit of the law.” Chief Justice Beresford I am writing and posting this as I invite the insight of other well-informed people to discuss this matter and to check if I have got it right. My understanding, as overview, of The Western Situation, having read; A: recent legal system changes in the USA, B: UK constitution & its history C: laws and customs of other relevant nations & peoples. Currently, 40 of the 52 United States of America (53 if you include Australia, as do many Australians) have declared Sovereignty and therefore independence from the USA corporation currently figure-headed by Obama. They have done this to disassociate themselves from the illegal and amoral warmongering occurring because of USA Inc. policies. These states legal and lawful ability to declare themselves as sovereign stems from an event 200 years of history ago, during which time it has been assumed that the USA are independent from UK. The War of Independence and the assertion of the Constitutional Charter of America and Bill of Rights as USA law. This has been repeatedly violated by the illegal USA Inc. policies, not only during Obamas term in office but also by prior presidents of the corporation working to the same agenda. “The USA Constitution IS the USA” and by the same rational; “The UK Constitution IS the UK” In summary; breach of these Constitutions is Treason. What allows the UK Law of Sovereignty apply in&to the USA is recognition of the UK Constitution, which was the Law of the Waters predating the American Civil War of Independence that resulted in the USA Constitution. A technicality is that in accordance with the UK script, the USA script is illegal. A war was fought over it 200 years ago and the American Independence won. The UK did not retaliate by forcing the USA to be a vassal state; an easy peace between the nations was and is preferred. Both groups denied the indigenous American (“Mayana”) civilization any rights whatsoever. No recognition was made of the indigenous people laws and they were tricked & forced into making contracts that were not recognized by their own indigenous laws. Some lands rights were granted to the indigenous peoples (the Reserves), however these were also largely ignored by the colonists. I would like very much at this time to assert my own personal opinion that the European colonial settlers involved in the USA are interlopers, conquerors and by lawful, natural rights should do everything they can to make apology and reparations to the indigenous Mayan Indians of the northern continent of America, whose rightful land has been stolen and whose rightful laws have been violated, for the duration of the conquest. Recognition of Sovereignty should be applied to the indigenous peoples. The interesting and as yet unresolved issue of American Land Rights is that the indigenous American peoples law regarding land rights is aboriginal; that nobody can own the land because Nature owns the land, and that is the Law. It is the same scenario with indigenous Australian aboriginals. Should any such maps of tribal territories predating colonization be passed through USA legal system, one can assume that a case can be made for 200 years of back rent to be repaid the indigenous peoples. While ethically it would require an equal number of both respective bloodlines, or those of mixed descent, to sit in council for such Hearing; the current existing system does not seem to fairly nor accurately represent the relevant parties. Recognition of Sovereignty is recognition of the 800 year old Laws of England as encapsulated in the Magna Carta of 1215. It is the foundation of UK Statute (written) law. This document was in 2011 used as the basis for the Icelandic Political Reformation. Needless to say that it is still recognized internationally as a very valuable and valid core rulebook for Law. Currently in the UK there is in full swing a Lawful Rebellion as provided by the Magna Carta for when a governmental political system becomes imbalanced, unjust and in a word; corrupt. It is not the first time that this has happened in the UK and the basis of Law as established by the Magna Carta is called upon for resolution. Lawful Rebellion in the UK at this time largely incites the Treason committed by the residing monarch and parliament with contract to foreign law (Europe and Rome) that stands against and are crimes in accordance with the UK Constitution. My grandparents fought in wars to protect the Constitution from the agenda of tyranny. Compiling this document is a necessary act of raising awareness to the real situation and the living history that we are a part of. “The principle strength of our English Constitution is trial by a jury by our equals.” Laymans Guide to the English Constitution by Albert Burgess. Also in UK at this time is a growing call for Islamic Sharia law to be passed officially as it is widely practiced by UK Moslems, whose origin of continental India is also protected by UK Sovereignty because the UK conquered Indian lands during the Raj and enforced contractual agreement upon the indigenous population. The UK monarch is the Indian monarch. To the observer it seems that Sharia Law is seldom practiced in real life as it was intended when written down. It is mostly a guide for peaceful co-existence within communities, giving examples for a stone-age culture. Sovereignty stems to upholding the natural Common Law of our Ancestors, also called the Law of the Land. This is differentiated from a Statute (governmental) law (legal) in that it is the creed that our ancestors lived by, and is not written down. Legislation is that which is written down and applies to corporations, for example your NI number, and not to flesh and blood living beings (without consent). In the UK the Common Law is as follows: Do not Steal. Do not Lie, Do not use Trickery, Keep the peace. I have as yet to ascertain precisely the aforementioned non-UK indigenous peoples equivalents of the UK Common Law of Ancestors. From my research I have identified that it varies between nations, and that it most certainly exists for most if not all of the groups I have mentioned here! In UK we have the Rule of Law; that unjust Laws are not Laws. “Law is that which is right.” Chief justice Stonor, 14th Century “We will not and cannot change the ancient usages.” Judge Hilary, 14th Century “No Foreign Prince, Person, State or Potentate, hath or ought to have any Power, Jurisdiction, Superiority, Supremacy, or Authority, Ecclesiastical or Spiritual in this Realm.” Act of Supremacy 1559 These maxims are as valid today as they were during previous centuries. Lessons from Empathy

What happens when a dog bites you is that it uses its tooth to teach you a grain, this cuts deep into insight and that is why dogs bite humans, to teach us; the same way they teach each other by biting each other. There is something about the way that they cut, when they bite, they mark the skin to allow it to remember, it conveys a lot more information than a mere puncture wound from a mindless object. Usually they do not pierce the skin when they bite. Dogs play rough, they have thick skin and fur and they heal much faster than humans because their thoughts are purer and less scattered, distracted by indoctrination. Dogs do not have opposable thumbs; to a dog, use of teeth as communication is normal part of the Way; yet the taboo of biting a human is broken only when it is deemed absolutely necessary. Humans are trained not to understand Dogs. A dog that bites is killed. Only after you have lived with and love dogs and have been bit by them and still love them, understanding their mentality by living with them, their way; can you really know what I am trying to say here. That grain stays for ever and the spirit of the dogs advice to you stays for ever. It is imparted instinctively, translated into knowledge as we are designed to do when we function properly, naturally. It is not a part of human culture to go around biting each other so it seems frightening and wild to us. I grew up with dogs and I accept 'the jungle of life' to include such insights, and I accept dogs as teachers. From study of martial arts I learned that to accept a sensei's lesson might be harsh but to trust that harshness is to trust sensei's superior insight into what is better for us. Why the dog bit me for no apparent reason was after some thought simply to sharpen me up because he could see that I needed that grain if i was to survive the life he could sense I would have. I am grateful for it, memory-scars and all. Dogs know a lot more than humanity. They are used to 'the pack' and finding strength in 'the pack' is to feel an overlay of all the other pack members within the energy field of myself alone. This energy can be drawn from, even after the individual members of the pack are gone; l because dogs are spiritualists, because they know the truth of transmigration that most humans have forgotten. This is why they are so dedicated, so faithful. That pack energy overlay is superior and focussed compared to the individual alone. Listen to two or more dogs barking, how they echo each other, how they speak-as-one to sound louder. They know how to use energy in ways that educated, brainwashed humans are oblivious to. They experience most of their world through scent. They smell emotions. They smell health and unhealth. They communicate in scent and so it is that scent markings contain as much abstract data as a book does to a human. Dogs are inherently honest; they smell lies, they know a bad person because they smell a persons intentions. They comprehend human speech fluently because they hear it so much, although their vocal chords cannot say it. They co-evolved with humanity; we did not tame them any more than they tamed us. Their hearts are more pure than human hearts. Perhaps their biggest lesson is to trust in pure hearts. Deceipt will be ragged. They know about how to make community work. With dogs there is a natural pack order. Dogs are not happy unless they know their place and role in it. Humans are perhaps different from this in that although we are tribal, we generally equate freedom with individuality and to struggle against slavery is a human trait. There is no such thing as a bad dog; only that it is a sign of a bad owner. I should also add to this note: what to do if a dog ever attacks you is to grab its front legs by the shins or feet and open your arms out wide. It pops their hearts instantly; a cruelty free death. Preferably get its mouth over your shoulder as fast as you can or you risk a face wound before you can split it. If you are not fast enough to grab a savage dog by the front legs to kill it in self defense, then you evidently do need a lesson, of the sort to be found outside of accepted human civilized ways of being. This is not a cruelty to animals issue, I am talking about practical self defense against being attacked here. If a human attacked me I would fight back against that too although the techniques for disabling humans are different from those of a dog attack. I will not write down methods for harming humans in facebook, it does not appear to be the proper place for such teaching. Our ancestors, hunter-gatherers, were fitter, faster, stealthier, worked together as a community, much more than we do in this supermarket and tv era. We are designed to hunter-gather, we were healthier then than we are now, although modern medicine improves chances of surviving childbirth and we have averted many of the nastier diseases. Our ancestors hunted and were hunted by, in equal measure, some very brutal nasty animals, on a regular basis. There is evidence from archeology that humans and dinosaurs co-existed. Our ancestors fought dinosaurs with sticks and stones and their wits. Could you do that? Evolution is about progress, adaptation, but when we consider how tame our civilisation is and how we cannot thrive as easily as our ancestors thrived, that if a tribe of stone-age humans were to fall through a time-hole into todays world they would whip our arse before we could defend ourselves, I have to question - are we really that much better off today than we used to be before 'progress' ? Jared Diamond, the Rise and fall of the Third Chimpanzee, he mentions that hunter-gatherers spent 15 hours a week acquiring food and all the rest was leisure time. Compare that to your 9-5 slog of 40 hours a week so that you can fund toxic food from tescos, pay to rent your designer cave and watch digital brainwash. The same book analyses that human genitals are far larger than our closest genetic relatives chimpanzees (1.6% dna difference from humans) and gorillas (2.8% dna difference from humans), therefore that all those extra leisure hours per week were largely given over to making out, and this is a major factor in how we as a species out-evolved all the other species and ended up retro-inventing 'technology' from crashed ufo parts. It also talks about how we are the only species that constantly wars against itself to the extent of bioweapons, nuclear warheads, and worse. Inherent in human nature is the need to fight, therefore the need for an enemy. I observe that we are FAILING to breed this trait out of the species. Believing that there is a reason for everything, I anticipate that when we do finally leave planet earth and enter the stars, we are going to have to fight 'things' that we cannot yet imagine. This 40K year period of technological development to arm ourselves is happening for a reason. We are designer killers and we are designer sluts. We are perfected for life on this planet, we have not changed much for 40K years or more. Once we leave the planets surface we will mutate because we will not be trapped by a stable gravity zone and environment that we have adapted to here. The reason why humanity is not being allowed to leave the planets surface by advanced aliens, but we are allowed to develop weapons and sexual abilities, is because the advanced aliens can see further and deeper into the requirements for space civilisation than our collective mind is able to at this time. We have to accept this factor of life. This seems to be using the old Nazi propaganda trick that if you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe that it is true. Many other politicians try to side-step the moral arguments about whether Trident is right or wrong by saying that we have already paid for it - so we might as well keep it. The reality is that it will cost a lot more to keep Trident in service than it cost to build it. The ongoing cost will be over £1 billion every year. The government plans to keep the submarines in service for another 26 years, which would cost over £26 billion - a small sum to Mr Robertson. This is more than double the official cost of building Trident - £12 billion. We have heard in the past the government promising to place their emphasis on health and education and no doubt we will hear more of this in the months ahead. But we will not hear them explain how much is diverted away from schools and hospitals in order to fund our weapons of mass destruction. For the cost of Trident the government could put an extra £1000 into every classroom in Britain, every year for the next 26 years AND pay an extra £1000 to every nurse in Britain, every year for the next 26 years. The work which is done by nurses is universally held in high regard, yet their wages have fallen well behind other sectors. Dr Carole Thornley of Keele University wrote a report, “A question of fairness”, which showed nurses are now in the bottom 25% of earners in the local economy. She warns that falling wages creates difficulties in recruiting and keeping nurses and could lead to worse patient care. She also says that the government is aggravating sex inequality by holding down the pay of a largely female workforce. UNISON head of nursing Malcolm Wing said: “Nurses have been denied pay justice for a decade. The most exploited are nursing auxiliaries who, despite a shift in the boundaries of the profession, remain unrecognised, unrewarded and unseen.” Meanwhile all local authorities in Scotland are finding it difficult to finance education to the standard they would like. Many schools have been closed in an attempt to cut costs. Cancelling Trident could have a significant impact on our health service and on the education of our children. It is appalling to think that this government is spending our money, not on these vital services, but on indiscriminate weapons of mass destruction. Transgenderism

A necessary call for trans-genderism or; Stop slagging men off in the community and calling them paranoid! When you turn a woman down for a baby by you, she goes on a vendetta. That I do not want to bring a child up in an environment of hostility that inevitably develops does not seem to occur to her. These women see men as a) sperm donor, b) energy source and c) money source. The lack of empathy for a potential father is an identifier for the lack of empathy such a woman has toward her children, who of course teach her this but only if she can get rid of the father. I intend to be a strong figure in the life of my children and for this reason I am not looking for a bunny boiler. I am looking for somebody who is for real about the whole thing. That I live in a society where at the age of 35 I have not yet met anybody of this category who is not already with a long term partner father to the kids says a great amount about the problems with this society. I do not believe it says anything much about myself other than I do not intend to become entangled with abusive women. When I discuss this with ‘happily together’ friends they tell me that it is not that I am inferior in relationships; remind me that I have proven to provide the stability required; it is that women need risk, change and independence as much as stability. Therefore that I should be enjoying my single bachelor status by playing the field. I am celibate for the reasons that I do not wish to become entangled with dysfunctional women on vendettas against men. As a qualified counselor specializing in behavioural psychology and transactional analysis it is my professional opinion that the lack of strong male figures in the lives of developing children and children being raised exclusively by women is the major reason why an underlaying anger toward men exists in the first place. This will and can not be remedied by further parental alienation. It is due to Consumerism that brainwash victims regard partners as disposable possessions to be owned. Personally I do not want to have children with somebody who does not respect me. I assert that the need for stability, risk, change and independence is as valid for men as it is for women and I question the integrity of any society where the voices of women outspeak the voices of men as pure sexism; where genderism is even an issue given that beyond body we are all the same soul. from the mouth of babes; "I was sad when granny stole my toys because me and my mum moved to see dad." This is what the court case is all about. The boy drew this picture today after we told him that the new CAFCASS officer appointed to our case is truthful and that she quoted him directly to the Judge. She is his 'independant' voice in court after the Judge issued a 9-5 order. The previous officer has been dismissed from duty because apparently we are not the first people who have caught her lying to set people up, misrepresenting families, and being abusive. The position is unmonitored which raises alarm bells as to how the system has gotten to be so corrupt. We are an example of why 'Grandparents Rights' legislation is NOT always a good idea. Anybody who would rather take their own kids to court rather than act in a friendly civilised manner and come to some reasonable arrangement with them, preferring to use children as pawns in their intimidation campaigns and in doing so endanger the children with conspiracies to have them put into care, is not a safe person for children to grow up around. Cats of course, are what cats are. I was taught by an arabic tarot scholar how to read the cards; the skull placed around the guys crotch and the cats, symbolize sexual death the green candles and the soul-fire in confusion/mesme of the cats eyes, Life in transition, the heart shifting. The twin rings, the twin candles in pairs, its about relationships, the twin pins beneath a single dream-feather of law (maat) is the outcome, if he follows his dream. 2 of the cats face the viewer, so they are Balance and they draw you in. Feline energies here. There is a host more information... All the imagery spirals around and centers on his Heart. Thats what is missing. He looks at the black death feather not the gold dream feather. The decision he is to make changes the world for him. He reconnects and then he becomes the Light. The 5 of flames is the 6 of flames if you include the gold feather as the 6th; the dream of the heart. It is a very empowering card. Good cartouche are easy to read because the symbolism backs itself up on several layers, and once you know the key, all of the symbols verify that. (ok so maybe the cats souls are flames too, the story here hides several cards, all wrapped up in the context of the Hope of the moment, found from following the dream of Renewal) He is connecting or reconnecting to his emotions, soul-searching, getting over Loss, currently he is dwelling in misery but that will pass and he will be stronger for it. When he shuts his umbrella, black with gold handle; he will have a handle on it and the storm-in-his-being will pass. I am using the cats to understand the rest of this sequence; many pairs and it is therefore about relationships, this card is crucial, the nexus between 5 and 6 in a ten card suit is important. Whatever he decides here, will be the path of transition from sorrow to abundance (5 to 6). He gets over himself, it is ego death. Relationships, therefore he gets over his ex partner. Cats, it was a sexy relationship but he reconnects to this and becomes again a sexual being, mastering the power that is currently dead (skull in his hand). 4 of Candles (cats fire); represents the brightness of the world (4 cardinal directions) but notice how all these cats have come in and split the world into 2, which is dualistic; 2 cats eyes going up, 2 cats eyes coming down. It means both he and his ex have split, it means also about Balance being an issue here. The 3 card of the suit of cats is the trinity which means stability; cats looking away from us, seeing the back of them - so we can be sure that his stable relationship is gone for good. 2 card, is the 2 cats looking toward us, both of which are mesmerizing with their spiraling eyes, he and his ex were hypnotized by each other, she had a big impact on him obviously. 1 card, himself, the Fool, the Ace. Where he goes from here toward abundance and beyond, the 7, 8, 9, 10 series... ? it is left entirely in the dark with the Hope of Dream, and a pack of cats, to guide him. All of that is contained in the green; there is a window behind him, leading out of this gloom. It is come at a very appropriate time in my life because it describes my life at present time. UK debt essay

This is proof that the debt slavery caste is purposefully created and micro-managed. Churchill will not give me a loan because bad credit rating. They offered to put me on 36 month debt management scheme costing me £80 a month after which I will be able to start building my credit rate up. This is a much more expensive solution than taking out a high interest loan which I have been ... offered. They offered this because, quote “the recession means that nobody is taking the risk giving loans out at the moment.” Repeat; I have been offered several high interest loans and contacted Churchill hoping to find a lower interest loan. If I take out a loan I would be able to manage my finances and I would not personally be in recession, thus I would be stimulating the economy. Churchill are counterproductive toward that aim. Churchill claim they are one of the only companies in the uk approved by the government approved con scheme who hand out approvals. Avoid it. The Bank will not give me a loan due to bad credit rating. Why I have bad credit rate is because having gone overdrawn by £1, they charged me £25 the following month which took me overdrawn again so they charged me £50 the following month, etc. The Benefits Act says it is a criminal offense for a bank to charge me such fee because I am on benefits. I am now looking into reclaiming the hundreds of pounds the bank have illegally stolen from me and hopefully they can fix my credit rate at the same time. The bank explained that if I repay my utility debts, my credit rate will go up “quite quickly” basically by 1 point per payment made. Much faster than Churchill’s method. Children of Men is better if you ask me, its more realistic and gritty, and set in the uk which is where I am born&bred. In Time is set in the usa and is more fiction based. CoM has humans become infertile; we age as the last generation, watching the world go to shit. IT has a different approach; everyone's dna is set to their bank account so that money becomes time and wealth is measured in longevity. At 25 you stop aging, but only for so long as you have credit; when that zero's you're dead. The movie is nearly film noir, based on a novel of the sf sub-genre this is so similar to so many other examples of (Minority Report is of the same ilk, the influence of PKD on In Time is evident), covering a few surprising bases as the story unfolds. It demands suspension of disbelief wheras by contrast, CoM has us grateful for our relative soft comforts. In Time was dated before its time because the Real World has already gone high-tech Orwellian Totalitarian beyond the books scope, making its unlikely story even less probable. it is a very enjoyable fantasy full of stereotype and cliche, with some stylish design innovation that itself makes possible some cutesy unique scenes. The big difference between the story and human psychemotions explored in these two movies is that In Time, the super-elite have a lifespan of hundreds of years where the ghetto slaves have literally minutes to work for their next paycheck while inflation creeps up steadily in the background to kill them off. Children of Men has its 'financially better off' caste, but they cannot reproduce either so the air of futility lacks the stress&hope based struggle of IT's societies. In Time is about personal responsibility to live a life worth living with the time we have left here. It asks; can we make a difference to the world? Given the chance to, would we? Children of Men shows us the scope between how worthless the life of the individual is in a world without a future. What area's of human culture that do not involve children, are worth pursuing to the bitter end? This apathy and personal irrelevance is compared directly to the sacrifices we make for children, even to the cost of our own lives. Children ARE the future. The next generation will sort it out. Technology, sociology, end of pollution, end of corruption. Chinese Year of the Dragon born babies will rip apart the DOMINATION!!! And liberate us all. The world is going to take a quantum leap toward PEACE, UNITY, EDEN: NOW but, not for thirty or forty years. The method of watering the soil prior to planting seeds, and use of a polythene mini- tropical greenhouse environment (warm and moist) to force propagation, gives me an 80% success rate with nurturing saplings & cuttings of many species, from herbs to tree's. QUESTION: what does this tell you about the REASON WHY 'the global elite' want to create a tropical greenhouse environment (warm and moist) on the planet, by using chemtrails / weather modification; taking into account that without chemtrails we would have a desert planet in a few short years??? 8.11.2012 I put in a formal complaint about my Genesis officer, and her boss just rang to tell me they're fast-tracking me through the system, getting me work placement and fudging paperwork to cover missed deadlines. Wow! The boss was nice she remembered I'd complained before so she took me seriously this time. I feel guilty for pressuring them. I mentioned neo-fem prejudice against males in my complaint and they've crapped themselves. It depends what my CRB check says and if they play hardball back at me about it, since it is discretionary. Next issue is childcare for my son on the days I have him unless I can sort it with his mam somehow to alter our rosta. 

11.11.2012 Had a meeting with Genesis today and the bottom line is NO. for er any excuse we can find and when that doesn't work its the other excuse. The previous phone-call was a joke. 

They're going to pay my petrol to send me to carmarthen to do art therapy instead and say they'll fund me to do childcare next year. If a group of men did this to a woman there would be an inquest. This is neo-feminism LOUD AND CLEAR men do NOT do childcare. The fact that there are equally as many women who are abusive as there are men is ignored because women are dominant, superior and in control. It is a big social problem because when men act like women act, they go to jail. I have to teach my son to survive in the world he lives in which means being honest about the world we live in.

What happens in my experience is what happened with the guy my ex left me for, claiming he was "more manly" (than me). He and three of his mates then identified a ringleader of what is locally described as 'a bitch pack' and they left her her dying gratuitously as a warning to society; they are now serving life sentences for it. This is how close I am to the male response to neo-fem manipulation in Wales where I live. Nobody wants that world, nobody. At least I have an art project theme for my art therapy course now. Highly executed art is preserved and promoted as social commentary for many generations especially when it creates powerful emotional response.

I had a meeting with genesis today, they are going to fund me to get involved with an art group in carmarthen for this year and then do the childcare course next year. Its really difficult for men to get into childcare. Its proved that women are equally as abusive as men but because women are controlling the industry they put men through hell. We now live in a society where mens liberation is necessary. Do you know the words mysandry or misogyny? 

I won't be coming into the lessons again this year. If men treated a woman this way there would be an inquest. I know that if I go to the Welsh Assembly causing trouble about this, I would end up sidelined and discredited by women running the show; so I have to play their game. There's a reason for everything even if we don't know what it is at the time.

I'm back on the childcare course (again) this week at least. The abuser-disguised-as-inept-or-possibly-so-inept-it-appears-as-abusive woman is off my back :) 

11.11.2012 In class yesterday, teacher discussing Trust with regard to confidentiality. The syllabus says; "you trust an authority figure for example a doctor because of their profession." I spoke up; "I disagree! You trust because of intuition. Someone doing a job does not automatically qualify trust!' 

I am having such trouble from the system because I am a man doing childcare. Extra red tape to put me off and delay until the deadline is gone. So there in a room full of women being indoctrinated to act without thinking and to reinforce the system over common sense -it is a male who raises the point that trust is instinct, it is not a given. 

Class then woke up and talked about malpractise, networks of abuse inherent in the system eg: google HOLLY GRAIG, the difference between what the tv says about julian assange/wikileaks to what free media says about it, etc. All the feminist material that women are intuitive and men are logical has just been proved to be a load of shit. 

So there is a reason I am in the class, even if the women running the show don't want me to be there! The teacher herself is lovely she's a common sense supporter too. Meeting with genesis; they are going to fund me to get involved with "arts for wellbeing" starting January instead so I have a better foundation in art therapy before they start me again on the childcare program next year. 

Additional Info: This comes after 6 months of asking, why do I need to pay myself to do a light crb check when Genesis pay for a full crb mandatory to do childcare? Doing a light crb check is pointless and nobody else on the course (all women) had to do a light crb check first. Why am I so special? I complained about my contact to her boss and her boss response was to ignore the complaint. Now I have missed the deadlines for this year, however the boss did finally admit that asking me to do a light crb check was pointless and she can see my point. I still have not received crb check results because now there is no need for them to be made, thus saving genesis 40quid.

The agenda of psychologists is to build a healthy community by helping individuals to achieve emotional-mental self reliance. Obviously everyone is interdependent to some extent because nobody is totally self-reliant, most people are naturally designed to be part of a tribe. There are 2 categories outside of that need for intimite trusting bonds; socio-paths (abusive predators) and socio-phobes (trauma victims). What good people are concerned about is their kids and friends falling into one of those two categories. This is why I am tribal, communist, community based in my approach.Your ex looks up to you for a sort of love that he does and can not get from his mother. Its totally normal. You look to him for a type of love that you cannot get from your dad. We have to face up to what in 'this society' (uk) are social-taboo issues, to deal with the truth of it. This is a rite of passage which in successful cultures where community prospers, they have ritualized. In uk the death of pagan rites destroyed that which is why segregated behind-closed-doors patterns are repeated generation after generation. Such people seldom have the higher awareness based on empathy, because they are self centered, thus they are socio-phobic or socio-pathic to some extent. Usually both. Layered on top of this is 2 more levels of perception; actors who use stereotype not as an ego-identity but as a mask, and people who are Truth; these tend to be advanced spiritual guides, like in the movie you were watching, the mutant whose mutant power is to remove the other mutants mutant powers. It is believed that ability is only possible for an individual who has assimilated all of the other stereotypes. From here the study goes into transmigration because it takes a long time to go through so many experiences so as to be able to understand them.What spiritualists have to deal with is the same as the counselors but for dead people whose issues haven't been resolved so they haven't gone forward yet - and also those spirits who chose to stay behind to help the living.That's how I see humanity. And animal spirits etc too - the body is a vessel the spirits transmigrate. Part 1 It began with a simplified examination of morality and outcome. The argument went like this: In a 2 caste society of law abiders and law refusers, the criminals are always going to win because they are unrestricted, wheras the law abiders have imposed restrictions governing their behaviour. The law abiders can be pre-empted in their actions as defined by their rules. It is a bleak view for those wishing to live within confined law systems. The outcome is somewhat different. In practise what happens is the criminals take over control of the law system and are therefore doubly exempt from it. The people at the top of the law system are the worst criminals. After many generations the majority of people of both equations had decided that the problem is not largely the 2 caste morality issue but rather the existence of a law system that protects the criminals controlling it more than it protects the law abiders. Maturity

The problem I have is with this: what girls call 'men' is guys who will take them so they can feel the control over the guys lust and also control them afterward by calling it rape. Women just go for mutual pleasure because they know its better than control games. I have known fifty year old girls and fifteen year old women based on that premis. Thoughtstreams

It has taken me years of study, practise, observation, to detach from mind and even now I get caught up in it. 1 thought stream gives an opinion or command and I act on it. 2 thought stream gives an opinion or command and I detach and question it which pharmacy doctors call schizophrenia. 3 thoughtstream gives opinion or command and I detach and converse with it, through which means I learned telepathy and to an extent spirit medium which comes of 2 forms; one is discourse as in talking with another, and one is a type of possession whereby the spirit uses parts of my brain and body to think with so as to give me information channelled through me. Thought is the voice the phrase the eye where thoughtstream is the cone that opens out when you enter that harmonic, the tail of the eye. Before thought is hiss tone, it translates to thought when given form by the translation faculty of the mind. These thoughtstreams are conscious, self aware that's how I identified them as being minds, spirits of the living or the dead. I suffer picking up on my neighbours thoughts all the time. Solid thought is a judgement call. Observational thought is the texture of the soul, electric waveforms amplified through the bodies water. What we must beware of is other people 'gridding' us by placing a helix on us that shapes our thoughts to a specific structure. This makes zombies and this is why zen teach no-mind. Only no-mind can identify all the layers of grids we suffer because we have malfunctioned in our evolution due to reptilian adaptation of our dna when they 'gave us their minds' (don juan matus) to make us easier to infest with them acting as avatar to our host bodies. It is how they invade our species, our dominion, from outside of mass-time in what we often call 'another dimension'. They perpetuate negative perceptions and acts because they syphon the energy created by it. This is a different type of thoughtstream to use of mind to access the Imaginal. When you read my words I hear your thoughts and feel your moods. Thus my novels remain unpublished. If she wanted it, she would take it. Playing a neurotic to force his position into a dominant role she can feel confident in, the sort of man she wants to wield. He has seen it so many times before. She plays this game to test if she can control him by making him change to please her. As soon as he gets bored of her swinging him, he'll go back to being himself and that's when she'll say he's changed, gone distant, aloof. She hates it when he's cold and hard to reach. They're not at that stage yet. They're talking about meeting again after years. She keeps him waiting because really, he isn't everything to her that she makes out, if he were they'd already be together. She's deciding what to do. He's waiting on the phone and he's waited too long, long enough for the truth to show, she hasn't entertained him to protect him from an insight into her nature and when he points it out the neurotic mask settles a little deeper as persona that she's bound by. Men drive women crazy when they do this cruelty, not reacting emotionally but seeing what truly is. Because it is zen and zen men can't be played. Her ego relies on the ego games of toying with any boy who shows an interest. He doesn't play games and that's the difference. misuse of genetic predisposition

We are entering into an era of dna databases. Comparison of prison inmates with their genetics becomes more viable. This will establish not only which bloodlines are more likely to be criminal but also which are more likely to be caught. Criminal bloodlines successful at not being caught and imprisoned are exempt from this comparison. Once having established that there is a gene predisposing criminal activity and of what type (and of being caught) the society has a choice to persecute these bloodlines. The comparison might equally as validly prove there to be no such thing and that genetic predisposition toward criminality is a myth. Social factors such as parenting, schooling and life conditions and prospects must also be taken into account. Humanity is ancient having forgotten our origins, indicating global devestation during a prior epoch. The result of the above paragraph is the biblical persecution of some of the tribes by others, resulting in todays global situation thinly veiled as politics and corporate economic warfare. A factor to be aware of is that in practise the criminal gene attracts mates more successfully than non criminals otherwise we would already as a species have bred out antisocial lines and criminal behaviour. For many of us this is a horrendous factor to face up to. The criminal elite who are the ones who do not get caught are increasingly recognised as atypical psychotic behavioural traits where the establishing of a network of positions of social power within the mainframe of society protect them from being caught their crimes while extending their ability to perform criminal activities, usually on larger scales. This is generally regarded as 'abuse of position of responsibility' or 'misuse of power'. Covering ones own and ones colleague's in the networks tracks from being caught is a glib evolutionary trait relied upon and perfected by these psychopaths. Definition of psychopath relating to the exploitation of and lack of empathy bond with other human beings as one of the major traits. Introduction of mandatory psychiatric and genetic screening for all roles within the hierarchy of social systems would relegate the ultimate position of power to the psychiatric testers. Establishing an automated computerised system for the same would relegate the ultimate position of power to the hackers. This has been proved repeatedly with high profile cases of political vote rigging, both by hand and by machine. In any case there is always a situation where the criminal elite can create network chains either from positions of authority or from the underground or both at once. A counterbalance involving both forms of psychiatric review would establish a culture where criminals adapt to the situation so as to evade all forms of testing. In practice, who-knows-who scenario's override any safety measures embedded within the system. The more successful method we have recognized at this time is long term observation by varied group response inclusive of discussion with candidates for any positions susceptible to misuse, with regular audit and peer review. This creates a situation where older more experienced individuals attain such positions of authority, and where it is almost impossible for unmonitored outsiders to break into the scene bringing required fresh stimulation to otherwise 'old girl' networks, quango's and power bases. Mandatory cycling of individuals through positions of power on short term contracts creates a situation where the entrenched positions are removed and therefore the invisible-networks can exploit statutory governed situations ('the state') more easily without being identified. To use a general phrase summarizing the situation in overview; this is why statesmen prefer non-travelers. The complaints procedure becomes essential to the bureaucracy that has emerged in todays society in the attempt to remedy the transience equation. Question; how else are individuals to gain broad-based experience and to recognise elements that need opening to questioning and board review? Advanced methods of genetic reprogramming inclusive of sonic therapies have not yet at this time in history been publicaly introduced into mainstream society awareness. The science research exists to prove that GMO does exactly this with negative consequence to lifeforms is contentious because the corporation funding it are also funding governments whose role is to decide whether to outlaw it or not. The problem is recognition by these groups that their own funders are corrupt and working toward an inhuman agenda, and that this is fact as proved by science and not a conspiracy theory to be ignored: itself proving the point about psychotic criminal quango's manipulating society. The ethical argument regarding rfid chipping of citizens is only one aspect used to highlight the general concern about the surveillance culture we are increasingly heading into. rfid bracelets fitted with sonic pulse devices for dna healing therapies must be equated to the radio-frequencies called 'cellphone radiation' that are already polluting, and altering human dna, in this case for the negative given that research shows such electronic radiation to be bad for health. What we would then have is a criminal caste of soft offenders wearing the healing tools at no cost while the law abiders are not wearing the healing tools required to counteract the effects of background electronic radiation. Survival would depend on the getting caught for soft crimes in preference to struggling to purchase the same healing tools on the consumer work market. Social conditions therefore MUST be factored for while analysing dna in criminal profiling. This is a 21st century high-tech version of the difference between a thief caught stealing bread to feed starving children verses a thief caught robbing old ladies in the street so he can fund his/her drug habit or a person caught committing benefit fraud. We are dealing with the same age old issues dressed up in new scenario's. It is a wonder that humanity has not mastered its reaction to the same age old scenario's by now. Ethics therefore attempts inclusive of multiple perspective when defining appropriate outcome; at this time in history at least we do not have 'crime punishable by death regardless of reason'. We are emerging out of the age of reason into the age of emotional logic, into sympathy & empathy. These are Aquarian traits. Heights & Insights

Imagine, you are half as tall again. You have 2 problems. The first is factual and the second is an analogy. Firstly, everything of human society is too small for you, so you feel that you cannot fit into human society. Secondly, you can see the top of peoples heads and what you see is that 9/10ths of them have holes in the top of their heads. Not only this but none of them believe you about it. Of the 1/10th who do not have holes in their heads, some believe it is a possibility. Only a very small minority of the population dare to believe in you. So you are removed from humanity not only by physical difference but also because of it, you observe a truth that most people willfully cannot accept. This is what it is like to see auras. To see auras is a matter of using the mind in a different way. To see auras is to see from the heart and allow the cerebral cortex and visionary or imaginal ability to put shape to the feelings, shape and colour. Rather than to use the mind to regurgitate streams of programmed symbols. The difference between stream-of-consciousness thoughts as verbal, and open-streamed real-time empathic intuition. People who use only blah, for example liars and in-the-box thinkers, whose mentation is not unique thought but zombi-reflex; these people are transparent to the functioning ones. However their abilities being based on persuasion and delusion, they can very often be strong in the dominating art of using their self-belief syndrome to control the perceptions of the empaths. It is a problem faced in society that locked-mind thinkers also shut down flowing-minds merely by sharing energy with them. It creates an environment of tension where the open-minded ones live in fear of the closed-mind ones who cannot accept nor comprehend what it is to be an open-mind. They perceive it as an error whereas the open-minds perceive them as an error. The difference is the opens seek to open or avoid the closed whereas the closed seek to close the opens. That minds naturally open given the proper healthy conditions is a factor the closed minds need to consider. Humans are designed to open; we are like flowers, affected by weather and seasonal cycles.
