What We Eat

Sigils are embedded in ingredients in the food. 

When we eat it, we go onto those grids. The grids are the substructure through which our feelings and thoughts are channelled. 

The very bad stuff in modern diets is processed white sugar and wheat containing gluten.

A symbol is not the same thing as a sigil. 

A study into Egyptology revealed one symbol for bread is the same as the symbol for world. Braid as in the weave of the world. 

That we worship the world between two people as a one-to-one relationship. 

The energy we put into that relationship is the energy which amplifies between the people involved.

Therefore, the purity of the ingredients in the bread is paramount to experiencing a clean way of being, life, physical emotional mental state, of stability, positivity and harmony. 

Today I made my own bread with gluten-free ingredients, a very simple recipe of spelt flour, olive oil, sea salt and water. 

The ritual of making it is as purifying as the ritual of eating it. It’s not full of yeast to make it rise so it’s technically is what was meant by leavened bread in the Bible which is often interpreted to mean flatbread. 

And beginning to detox myself from all the sigils embedded into the cheaply mass produced consumer processed foods so readily available in this culture, I began to harmonise with myself within, and with the higher harmony, stability.

Mentally emotionally physically spiritually healing, balancing, ascending.

From this I am better able to consciously and in all ways tell other peoples erroneous belief structures to leave me alone in no uncertain terms.

Cant get rid of the root cause so easily (eg; children of shared residency affected by toxic exes whose energy affects the kids and ourselves) but we can change our own and our children’s behaviour and attitudes (see 1 & 2) by education toward better ways of understanding and behaving. 

4 : CURRENT AFFAIRS

Use current affairs as examples of psychology-sociology-empathy. This has to be done positively with no emotional blackmail to make the children feel bad - we observe and modify behaviour and reaction, not the people.

5 : BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS

In Africa, Japan etc use of Masks and Cosplay for characters; the behavioural traits are assigned to them. Here we have Celtic (European) stories of deities gods and heroes. In India, America etc behaviour is assigned to animals. 

Then these traits are explored through Stories, storytelling. 

Usually using simple patterns so the children can understand it.

6 : ARCHETYPAL CHARACTERS

What archetypal characters do we have ? 

Examples; 

Wicked Witch, Monsters, 

Tyrants, Tricksters,

Crafters & Specialists, 

A Friendly friend, helpful nature spirits, etc 

Good Cop Bad Cop (a two headed giant)

Demon school teachers, 

And always; 

Young protagonist of the adventure who is typically lost in a strange place 

7 : SOCIAL INTERACTIONS / MOTIVES

It’s all about social interactions 

The two main questions: 

what motivates each person, and what happened to make them how they are? 

(What do they want and how did they get that way?)

(Where they’ve been and where they’re going)

Or simply: 

Why is s/he behaving that way? 

How to tame that energy by directing it positively (distraction toward productivity) ...

Filter coffee from the shop is graded 1-5 for strength. Most everyone uses 3 because 4 is like amphetamine and 2 is like rats piss. 

Whether it’s because Covid or Brexit we can no longer get hold of level 3 coffee in Wales, nor Marmite either. 

They are now allowing shops to sell clothes again after a year of lockdown. 

The anticipated caffeinated stockpiling of clothes is expected to cause a clothing shortage in the very near future. 

Reason vs Unreason

 Can not use reason with unreasonable people. 

There are five options available when dealing with Unreasonable people:

Beg, Bribe, Barter, Dominate, Avoid. 

To Beg with an unreasonable person is to put them above yourself which only an unreasonable person would do. So it is not an option. 

To Bribe them possibly achieves the desired result although it is not a desirable method. 

To Barter is to engage in a systemised strategy of mutual exchange, which is desirable. 

However, it is probable any unreasonable person will also be unreasonable during Bartering. 

To Dominate remains the final strategy to deal with any unreasonable person. 

Unreasonable people must be put beneath Reasonable people in the social order. 

Unreasonable are not equal to Reasonable people. 

Unreasonable people are disruptive and delusional as opposed to harmonious and sensible. 

This justifies use of Domination to establish stability, harmony and a functional society. 

Avoid them altogether. This is not always possible. Minimising contact is preferable. This is not an option for those circumstances where avoidance is impossible. 

If ever anybody can imagine a more positive method, everybody would be very pleased to consider it. 

The hard-line no-nonsense strategy for success is to avoid unreasonable people and dominate them if that is not possible. 

Domination must be absolute if it is to succeed. 

It is recognisably unreasonable to leave a job half done and allow chance for unreasonable people to continue to be problematic. 

As we can not use reasons with unreasonable people other methods must be explored. 

A person can only integrate and learn if the lesson is given in a language they understand. 

Where a person does not understand Reason a more appropriate language must be used: if the last resort of baseline brutality is the only language they understand, that unfortunately is the language which must be used to teach the lesson. 

Childcare / Discipline

All the drama and problems from the kids in the park, I don’t want that in my house. Nevertheless it generally tends to find its way there. 

It is not more important to me than my own life and what I want to do. 

The two most important things I want to teach my son are self-responsibility and community responsibility.  

He has proved himself to be good at community responsibility in the way that he handles the situations with the kids in the park, up until the point of any antagonism wherein he rages. 

Self-responsibility is the discipline of healthy living (sleep, diet, exercise, nature), also time management of living by a schedule, also of learning a simple in/out economics regarding finances. 

These qualities are: 

Self responsibility, Community responsibility, Management of Time and Money. *

Most of these are living within a systematic discipline to achieve stability and measurable results of attaining target goals. 

People who live this way are more efficient and experience a higher quality life than those who won’t, can’t and don’t. 

What makes winners? 

Discipline and Awareness. 

What makes losers? 

Lack of discipline and awareness. 

All of the problems experienced by the children in the park which spill over into their parents lies, are the problem of children without boundaries (primarily) and higher focus (secondary) necessary to thrive. 

Primary school: teaches the importance of boundaries. 

Secondary school: teaches purpose of method of attainment of higher focus. Aspirations and systematic methods of Achievements. 

This is the benefit of understanding why the school model exists the way it does and deciding to work with it, as opposed to not recognising nor being showed why the educational system is the way it is and encouraging children to reject it in ignorance. 

The opportunity is there. The decision of the individual is to use it positively or else toward lifelong resentment for its attempt to better individuals chances at succeeding in life. 

The individuals self-worth and recognition that school is a support system not an abuse system, if the individual approaches it with that mindset, makes the difference to the experience of being there and how useful a facility it is to the individual.

We need air, water, (O2 and H2O the two most basic elements), warmth and shelter, and then; money. 

The availability of money makes accessible all other needs (including all the happinesses money brings), except for the necessary ability to determine between a Need and a Want. 

Those who can identify the difference between a need and a want and who are disciplined to chase only needs and to ignore all wants, have ability to win at life. 

Those who can’t, won’t or don’t, are best avoided.

One observation of life is that people who have personal power are not ‘into power’. 

People who aspire towards social power are into power. 

Such people seek power over others and recognition of their holding a position of responsibility to convince others and themselves that they have personal power themselves. 

The major drawback to this strategy is immediately they are slaves to the opinions of others.

People who are into personal power, do not need to seek such positions and generally don’t. 

There are people who have both personal power and social power. It is because their mastery of personal power has led them to occupy a position of social responsibility. It is not the other way around.

Those people who have little personal power but whom have attained a position of responsibility usually are unable to live up to it without at least conforming to many systems of corruption, manipulation. 

This is why hierarchy systems are in generalisation corrupt; they are full up of corrupt people who although they hold positions of social responsibility which they may or may not be able to live up to, they have little personal power. 

It is narcissistic because their personal power it relies entirely on other people feeding into it. This is why they prefer zombies who do not question their authority. To them, by holding a position deemed to be a respectable one, they assume and demand that same level of respect be automatically applied to themselves personally.  

This is also why such people reject and resent people who have personal power. Oppression of those who exist outside of their hierarchical control, often to the extent of preventing such people from attaining positions of social responsibility at all because it is deemed a threat to their own status and standing. 

People with personal power recognise the difference between the illusion of power (mistaking social position of responsibility for personal empowerment) and genuine authentic power. 

“Respectability is Responsibility. Accountability is Credibility.” 

“Respect is earned; it is not a given.” 

It is possible to respect a position of authority without respecting a person who holds that position. The person must earn the respect by their behaviour, not by social office.

Genuine authentic power comes from within. Its founding principle is self-belief. 

Therefore, many and indeed most of the attacks upon personal power comes in the form of undermining of self-belief. Many methods are utilised for this, often endorsed by the social culture. 

We are expected to conform to the social strategy of creating a level playing field, a middle ground which gives half the population an impossible aspiration, and oppresses the other half the population. 

The phrase, “you cannot be too much or too little.”

Half of all people are born naturally with less than average and half of all people are born naturally with more than average, when compared with the average.

If there are three people, the probability is one of them will be the average. If there are 30 people, the probability is that of the 10 average people, there will be such variation among them, only one of them will be actually be average. The same applies to 1,000,000 people, or 20 billion people. 

There will always be one who is average, some close to it either more or less, and the vast majority further away from the average and closer towards the extremes, to varying amounts. 

This is why the Marxist philosophy is important: “to each their needs, from each their ability.” It recognises the importance of the individuals unique and natural level of empowerment. 

For the purposes of simplicity and practicality, the state into which I was born does not overtly appreciate individuality (while at the same time the media promotes the opposite by way of promotion of famous stars, by which it means for-profit figureheads) but rather expects everybody to conform to the average level. Thus the vast majority are either made to feel insufficient with all the negative consequences that brings to a person, or are made to feel overmuch, derided as egotistic, with all the envy and oppression that brings to people by the large majority who resent their natural power.

It is possible to improve our personal power much more easily than it is possible to achieve social standing. The higher up the pyramid the position, the less of such positions are available. Whereas, with personal empowerment it focuses entirely on your own relationship with yourself.

Stripping the mind of negative functions and delusional self-belief is the priority. It is a discipline because a person must do it consistently until the brain has been rewired, their mind re-routed toward more successful functions. More successful self-beliefs result in more successful behavioural strategies which results in more successful attainment, whether that involves positions of social responsibility or not. 

There is no reason at all why a person requires to attain a position of social responsibility. There is every reason why a person should strive to attain a position of personal empowerment. 

It is also imperative that we understand the difference between society and the community. 

The community is flexible and includes everybody. 

The society is a static pyramid structure where position of social responsibility is often mistaken for personal credibility. 

Everybody is a member of the community while members of the society exclude other members of the community from partaking in the society. 

In realistic terms, this society is a minority group, it is not the mainstream majority.

This is “the Law” referred to on the census letter:

Nobody in the world has to fill this form in because people respect of religion existing. Do not have to say what religion, because that’s a particular.

We are being manipulated under the guise of heavily promoted freedom and rights issues, instead of heavy promotion of self-sufficiency for food production. 

(As of the mid 2010s U.K. Schools teach LGBT to six year olds but they teach sustainable home food gardening to nobody.) 

This manipulation simply so corporations can maintain absolute social control under outmoded 20th century economic standards.

“When bisexuality becomes normality, nobody cares anymore because it is normal now. Making an issue of it makes it abnormal.” 

That’s what they want though.
